Time and again it has been said, "There will always be a reason why you meet people. Either you will realise why you need to change your life, or you're the one that will change theirs. This year I feel so blessed to have met such powerful people, who are not just unique in what they do, not just distinct on the way the lead their life but also have such beautiful philosophies of life.

I've been working on a book which gave me an edge in meeting different and unique people whose experiences are going to be wisdom for others. Amongst them I met Geetu Mohnani, National Barista Champion the woman who has shaped her career from two lines of her hotel management textbook. She made me realise how every expert was once a novice who just took that leap of faith in the possibilities of simply exploring an opportunity.

Similarly I met Dr. Srinivasan, founder of Yellow buddhi, who made me realise how success is not necessarily how much money you've made, but how many lives you have transformed and changed for the better. I met Rohit Parwani, an expert Craft Beer Brewer who has tried soo many different things just to explore his creative side and help me understand how curiosity is the engine of invention and achievement.

I met Sumith Choudhary who recently released his book 'Play with your pallete' exploring coffee from the perspective of a National Barista Champion. As a coffee lover, anything you imagine with Coffee or about Coffee, it is possible if you have Sumith around.

I also met Kiahra Punjabi, who Co-authored the book 'Build your home team'. She so clearly put out a message that made me realise how easy and effective life and work could be if I just happened to utilise my home team-my family efficiently.

Although I didn't happen to meet Diana Dentinger, I happened to interact with her for my book. She helps busy entrepreneurs and executives stop loosing themselves on their way to success. When I was apologising to her for the delay in my book, she said, it's only at the right time when things flow, no matter how much effort you put in.

I also interviewed the Barista on bike, Binny, through whom I realised how travel can become meaningful. How when you travel for a purpose, the relevance of you work is unmatched.

I also met Kritika Agarwal at Karma Kaapi. She happened to send me a very appreciative note while I was in another meeting and we happened to begin speaking that way. Can you imagine, with that we also became lisenced Scuba Divers together? How small things like these, which are actually powerful and courageous behaviours turn out to work in so many different ways. During my Scuba diving training at Dive India which so professionally handled by Devansh Agarwal, who made planing and executing so effortless, I also had an opportunity to discuss just life and experiences with my Trainer Jiju ji, from whom I learnt how easy it is to handle the most challanging situations whether underwater, or in life. Just manage your breathe to manage yourself in any situation. Honestly, it works!

Have you ever come across someone who has different and distinct ideas, theories, observations to share everytime you meet them? For me, it's Dr. Amit Punjabi. Although I know him for 4 years now, I never really think a single meeting is enough with him. Infact, it is him, who made me realise how wisdom is in utilising experiences not just of yours but others too. This is actually the best possible understanding of this article, utilising learnings and experiences of others along with yours which stands true to the quote "Learning from your experiences is great, but leaning form other's experience is Wisdom"
